Nail Tutorial

Today I want to show you my nails , and how I done them. I worked with two nail polishes from Make Up Milano Kiko. The colors have the number 269 and 349. Here the things I worked with :

First I polished my nails in an oval form , so that my nail art works better.

First I groomed my nails with a nail food from P2 with papaya smell. It says to be good for brittle and dry nails. You should apply it daily to preserve the quality of the native nail. The second step was to paint my nails twice with a kaki nail polish . Painting your nails twice will give them uniformity , but you should be careful and not let the color layer be too thick or you nail design will flake off quickly. After I let my nails dry for a minute or two , I picked the golden nail polish and have the upper sides of my nails painted with it. For the melting effect you have to let the nail polish leak out in some places.

How to : Clean my Make-Up brush

Make-Up brushes should been cleaned every four weeks , to prevent pimples and rash. You should do this with a gently soap or shampoo without alcohol or perfume , like baby shampoo. I used this one from SebaMed , it is pH neutral and don´t dry out the bristles. You should rinse until there don´t come out any powder or color and the water is clear. You should towel down them gently , and let them dry from a table corner , so they don´t become mildewy like they do if you let them dry on a towel.

How to wear : colorful tights

Fall is coming , and there is one thing I totally love about it : tights ! Since I watch gossip girl and see the outfits of Queen B,  I´m totally obsessed with tights. I was really looking forward to be able to wear them again.

The best thing about tights is that you can style them the way you want. They can make your outfit look more romantic or more modern and with a little rock touch in it. Just style them the way you want and express yourself. I´ve picked up a few pictures from the stylish girls from Lookbook

Those girls styled their tights in a more modern way, always with black clothes or accessories.




Details like loops let the tights look very feminine and classy and are totally sweet. I simply love them!

 

Ballerinas or Wedgeboots are a good option to wear.

 This is the more classy way to use tights , the one I actually like the most. The girls used their tights with skirts , that gave it a more feminine touch. You can also style them with high shorts. If you have chosen white tights , you should use black  or colors like light pink or lilac for the rest of your outfit. If your tights are pink or other colors you can use other color accents in your outfit that fit well. 

I totally fell in love with those tights ! They are obviously a eye-catcher and make this outfit look so wonderful fairy-tale like <3 .
